Your role is to integrate the activities of all people working in your team. The success of any business would require group effort. You may be a one-man team, but you need the right suppliers or contractors to get things done.
Sometimes, sole proprietorship isn’t the best choice, especially if you’re new in the business world. You’ll need someone to guide you and show you the ropes of entrepreneurship. Get a business partner. There will be no assurance that your business will become successful instantly. It keeps you on track. It must show what you need in order for your business to become successful. But before that, you must consult your business partner- you should make sure that the two of you are on the same page, or else it might be and for your business if you aren’t.
